Engineering & Machine Construction

Konnexio’s team of highly skilled, expert design engineers and industrial mechanics work together to develop and build the most cost-effective and highly efficient solution which is unique to each customer’s project but at the same time, based on a master concept.  From single station standalone concepts that are highly flexible and easily integrated into existing machines to new and more elaborate fully automatic systems, Konnexio continues to  develop techniques that make use of the most up-to-date technology available.

 

 

Controls

Since an integral part of your automation project is the programming logic and hardware, our Controls Technologists adhere to the highest standards in designing the electrical schematics and performing the programming.  We use major brands such as Omron and Siemens but can integrate whatever your preference might be.  Further, we ensure that training is provided along with after installation support.

 

 

Machine Shop

In mid-2007 Konnexio set up a machine shop to further enable us to carefully control costs and quality.  By becoming self-sufficient in the machining of component parts for the machines we construct, Konnexio can ensure a highly-reliable assembly machine with a shorter time-to-market, a lower investment cost.  Further, Konnexio’s customer support is enhanced and responsive in the rare event of a machine problem.
